: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if we have already initiated the process of delivering the service, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

: If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
In case you feel that the service received is not as expected or has been delivered with errors, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the service. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.
In cases where services have been partially delivered or initiated, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
